In these Conditions of Booking, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Thorne Experience and “you” and “your” are references to the person booking the experience with us. “The Experience” means the experience which you have reserved and which we will provide to you under the Contract.
These Conditions of Booking and the Confirmation of Booking will be part of the Contract. Under the Contract we agree, subject to these Conditions of Booking and the Confirmation of Booking, to provide the Experience to you and anyone on whose behalf you book the Experience
3. Booking Confirmations
If you have booked online, in store or have booked by telephone you the Contract will come into effect as soon as you have booked. Once the contract exists, your rights to cancel are set out in clause 6.
4. Experience payment
A deposit of £10 per person is payable at the time of booking and is non refundable. Experiences with included tickets/admission may occasionally require a higher deposit payment. The deposit belongs to us as soon as the contract comes into existence. You must pay the full price to us at least 4 weeks before departure. If you do not make this payment on time, we reserve the right to cancel the Experience and keep the deposit. A nominal fee may be charged for payment by credit or debit card
5. Minimum number of passengers
Our Experiences are organised on the basis that a minimum number of persons will travel. If we receive insufficient bookings then we may cancel the experience in which case we will notify you of this at least 7 days before the date of departure.
6. If you wish to cancel your Experience
If you cancel your experience then we will make the following cancellation charges:

30 days or less 100% of total Experience price
Please note that the minimum cancellation charge is the amount of the deposit.
7. Law & jurisdiction
English law applies to this Contract and the English courts shall hear any claims brought under it.
8. Circumstances beyond our control
We shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of our obligations under this Contract where the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of circumstances beyond our control are strikes and exceptionally bad weather. However, if any of our suppliers or agents let us down, this will not be treated as being a cause beyond our control.
9. Rules & regulations
You agree to abide by our rules and regulations in force from time to time. In particular, you agree not to smoke or to consume alcoholic beverage while travelling on our coaches. Any serious breach of our rules and regulations or unreasonable conduct by you will entitle us to refuse a booking or exclude you from the remainder of the Experience and you will be responsible for your own costs and ours.
10. Fitness to travel:
We accept your booking on the basis that you have told us about any disability that you suffer and any reason that could make it unwise for you to travel. If you are disabled or may be unfit to travel you should provide full information at the time of booking.
11. If you have a complaint
If you have any complaints during the Experience it is essential that you notify the supplier of the service and you must tell the coach driver/courier as soon as possible. Your driver/courier will try to resolve the problem for you. If the coach driver/courier has not been able to resolve your complaint you should write to us explaining what your complaint is about within 21 days after the Experience.
12. What if you think we have incorrect information or you would like a copy of the information we hold about you?
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. This fee will not exceed £10.
